Yancheng Chengyitong Precision Casting Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of investment castings which mainly in material of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel castings.

It was founded in 2005, and covers 6000 m2, having more than 100 employees, 10engineers. Chengyitong is adopting the international advanced water soluble silica gel process to ensure more precise dimensions. Our QC staff members have 5 years experience. We assign 8 QC members on each production line. They conduct rigorously tests on size, material, surface roughness and ect. All the products will be strictly inspection before consignment. Recently our annual production is 300 tons, precent capability is 500tons. We have ability of designing and making tooling, and ability of machining, and the surface treatment. Until now we have produced more than 500 kinds of parts, and more than 50 kinds of materials, which are in standard of GB. ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, BS. We can produce parts according to your drawing or sample. Less machining allowances, short lead time, and high efficiency can satisfy with different requirement. We have our own import and exports right, 95% of our parts are exported directly to U. S. A, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Korean, Japan, Taiwan, and other country and regions.
